Terms & Conditions – Domain Name Registration & Web Hosting Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of domain name registration and web hosting services facilitated by Thirumurugan Rajendran (“Service Provider”, “we”, “our”). By using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
- We assist clients in registering domain names and procuring web hosting services from external service vendors.
- Our role is limited to facilitating the purchase, setup, and technical assistance.
- The domain registration and hosting services themselves are provided by third-party vendors, and are subject to their own Terms of Service.
2. Client Responsibility for Renewal
- Timely renewal of domain names and hosting services is the sole responsibility of the Client.
- We may provide reminders, but failure to renew on time may result in loss of domain, hosting access, and website data.
- Service Provider is not liable for any loss due to missed renewals, including:
- Domain expiration and release
- Hosting account suspension or termination
- Loss of website files, databases, emails, or backups
3. Costs and Fees
- Clients will pay:
- Vendor charges for domain registration and hosting.
- Service Provider’s technical/consultation fee for setup and ongoing assistance.
- All payments are non-refundable once domain registration or hosting setup has been completed.
4. Ownership and Control
- Domains and hosting accounts are registered in the Client’s name.
- Clients retain full ownership but must comply with the vendor’s Terms of Service.
- Service Provider acts as a technical facilitator only.
5. Data Backups & Security
- Clients are responsible for regular backups of website data, databases, and emails.
- Service Provider may assist in backups, but cannot guarantee data recovery in case of hosting expiration or termination.
6. Service Limitations
- Service Provider does not guarantee:
- Vendor uptime or performance
- Restoration of expired domains or lost hosting accounts
- Recovery of deleted or corrupted data
7. Termination and Suspension
- Failure to pay vendor or Service Provider fees may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
- Service Provider is not liable for any loss incurred due to termination, including domain or hosting loss.
8. Client Agreement
By using our domain registration and web hosting services, you agree to:
- Ensure timely renewal of all services.
- Accept that domain and hosting services are provided by third-party vendors.
- Indemnify Service Provider against any claims, losses, or damages related to vendor services or missed renewals.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu.
